GoldenBraid and Moclo compatible fluorescent protein tags. For N terminally fused fluorescent protein you need B2 pars, for C-terminal fusion you need your protein coding sequence to end with T-TCG tetranucleotide coding for Ser and B5 fluorescent protein from the collection. Some fluorescent proteins gave additional localization signals:

NLS= nuclear localisation signal

NEK= nuclear exclusion signal

KDEL= ER retention signal

KISIA = deposition to  storage vacuole

NIFA = deposition to lytic vacuole
